Franz Kaiser
Franz Kaiser is an accomplished business and information technology professional with over 25 years of developing performance measures and growth opportunities to increase efficiency and corporate profitability.
Franz has served as a senior member of joint venture and start-up organizations, and has leveraged his experience to provide strategic consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. His experience includes; information technology management, process, and organizational alignment for customers and service recipients, as well as human resource, program management, and the development of organizational and individual performance measures.
Mr. Kaiser’s experience within both information technology (IT) and the organizations supported by IT has made him a sought after resource in the development of competitive advantage through the use of information technology.
Tim Pacileo
Tim Pacileo has more than 30 years of experience developing and managing a variety of strategic business and information technology initiatives primarily for global Fortune 500 companies.
Tim is a former Vice President of the Gartner Consulting practice for the U.S. Eastern region, based in Stamford, Connecticut. Mr. Pacileo joined Gartner in 1998. He has experience in the IT and healthcare industries, as well as in the insurance, manufacturing and financial services industries. His experience in these areas includes responsibility for: IT strategy; architecture design; outsourcing; network and telecommunications, including design and implementation; IT security; enterprise application selection, implementation and oversight; disaster recovery and business continuity planning; software and hardware evaluation and selection; and infrastructure design, focusing on data center and server consolidation, storage area networks (SANs) including virtualization and cloud computing.
Mr. Pacileo has extensive experience with data centers assessments/consolidations, project and vendor management, as well as with IT strategy development and enterprise architecture planning. Tim also established the Global Data Center practice area for Gartner.
